iDream Mattress Comfort Guarantee

Mattresses purchased directly from iDream Mattress may be exchanged under the
120-Night Comfort Guarantee at no cost to you, as follows:

  • You may initiate a mattress exchange only after 30 days from delivery.  This is to ensure that you give your mattress the time it needs to ‘break in’.  The pores in the foam/gel are all closed off when they are brand new and need at least 30 days to ensure that your new mattress naturally settles and begins to feel how it was designed to feel.

  • You may exchange your mattress at any time after your ‘break in’ period and before the 120 Comfort Guarantee ends.

  • Mattresses must be exchanged in original, clean condition (no hair, stains or other foreign material).
    • All Chili-Pad returns are handled through Chili Technology. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items back to Chili Technology. You may contact iDream Mattress to help with the RMA (Returned-Merchandise Authorization) process.
    • All accessory (pillows, sheets, protectors) purchases are FINAL.  Customers will be responsible for restocking/shipping fees associated with an exchange/return.
    • This Comfort Guarantee is only able to be done once, but you are able to use your exchange up to 120 days after receiving the mattress set.
  • If upgrading to more expensive model, you simply pay the difference in price between show special items. If going to less expensive model, you may do an exchange at no charge.  No refunds/credits issued.     
    • If you order the incorrect size mattress and would like to exchange for a different size, this will count as an exchange for a new sleep system.
  • Due to manufacturer’s policies, there are no returns.  We will gladly honor an exchange on our 120 Night Comfort Guarantee toward any other mattress of choice.

  • All cancellations are subject to a 15% Re-stocking fee once order has been placed with manufacturer.  Re-stocking also applies to any items exchanged in unsatisfactory condition, including, but not limited to:   hair, stains, foreign material, tears, or soiling of any kind.
    • This policy applies to all standard sizes of mattresses: Twin, Twin-XL, Full, Queen, Split Queen, King, Split King & Cal-King.

Please remember, exchanges can be made after your break-in period within your 120-Nights, but you must wait 30 days from the date of delivery before exchanging your mattress. This policy ensures that you've allowed enough time for your body to adjust to the feel and support of your new mattress.

 

 

 * Floor-model/Close-out mattress purchases do not come with the 120 Night Comfort Guarantee. No Exchanges/Returns on these items.  Sales Final.
 
 
FAQs


Free or Promo Items
mattress-woodinville-waIf your mattress comes with any free accessories, pillows, protectors, or other promotional items, these must be returned with your mattress. There will be no additional fees charged for the return of any promotional item that was included free with purchase if returned in original condition.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No fees of any kind are charged in the event of a mattress exchange, unless the mattress is returned in unsatisfactory condition.  For example, if it is returned with hair, stains, foreign material, or tears shall be on returned mattress or you will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
 
What if the product is defective or damaged during shipping?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please call or email iDream Mattress immediately after delivery. The defect or damage will be noted on your account, and at our expense, we will arrange for your item to be picked up. As soon as we receive and inspect the defective/damaged item, we will immediately ship your replacement.  Most of the time these issues are easily resolved even quicker if you are able to take pictures of the damage/defect and email them to your original salesperson for review and issue of replacement.
 


What to Expect with Your New Mattress


Delivery:
Mattress and adjustable base purchases are delivered white-glove by professional in-home delivery services. You will receive a phone call directly from the local delivery company to setup your delivery appointment. You should expect a phone call approximately 2-3 weeks after your purchase. Delivery of your new mattress set will take place approximately 3-5 days after you are contacted by the delivery company. Your mattress will be vaccumed-sealed and can take up to 3-5 days to take its shape. Mattress only purchases are shipped via Fedex, and will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive to your home. A signature is not required.
 
Your mattress needs time to break-in:
mattresses-woodinville-waYour new mattress will come vacuum-sealed, and will take up to 3-5 days to take it’s full shape. Like most things that are brand-new, it will take your mattress time to break-in. Your new mattress needs approximately 45 days to break in. To help with the break-in process, it's recommended that you walk or crawl on the sleeping surface of your new mattress for about 10 minutes a day for the first week. This helps open the cells in the foam, which give you the pressure-relieving feature of your new mattress. It's also recommended that you ROTATE your mattress head-to-foot, once a month for the first 6 months. This ensures that the entire sleeping surface is breaking in consistently.
 
New mattress scent:
Your new mattress will come with a new-mattress smell that needs time to dissipate. Typically, the new-mattress smell will dissipate within a few days. If, however, you are more sensitive to smell, it could take approximately one week. The scent is Non-toxic and will not harm you. To allow for better air circulation, simply open the nearest window to allow the mattress to breathe better.
 
Mattress Protection:
Mattress protectors are waterproof, hypoallergenic, and antimicrobial. Over time, body sweat, body oil, and skin cells will build up in your mattress. Dust-mites will get into mattresses because of this. 80% of people will allergies have an allergy to dust-mites! Therefore, it is necessary to have mattress protection. Not only will a mattress protector address the above, it will also protect the manufacturer warranty of your mattress. If an accidental stain or soil gets on the mattress the warranty is voided. Please ask your salesperson for more details.
 
Bed Frames:
iDream Mattress sleep systems (Mattress and Adjustable bases) will fit directly inside existing bed frames. Customers need to remove the slats or support system that currently hold up the mattress set, and the Adjustable bases will sit on the floor. Adjustable bases may also be used with solid-platform frames. Headboard attachments may be purchased for the adjustable bases as well. Ask an iDream sleep consultant for details.
